I'm  Mark Chase

Before establishing Sierra Nevada Property Management, I spent over 30 years as a commercial real estate broker and founded two technology companies in the commercial and multi-residential real estate sectors.

I'm a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and have been recognized as an innovator in commercial real estate by notable publications such as Business 2.0, the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Business Journal, the Daily News, the California Real Estate Journal, the Estates Gazette (UK), and KFWB Noon Business Hour.

I enjoy the outdoors in my free time, snowboarding, hiking, backpacking, and mountain biking in the Sierra Nevada mountains with my Labrador retriever, Chief.
